Excuse me, but how do you derive your ranking system? Why is Sishya a Tier II school, while Chettinad Vidyashram is Tier I?

Chettinad Vidyashram Tier 1?? Let me guess- you know nothing about Chennai or about CBSE Schools. P S Senior Secondary School is not even in Tier 2? Your blog about the top CBSE Schools is highly misleading. So much for the dis-service. If we take the quality of students and results into account the top 3 schools in no particular order for the past 15 years has been
PSBB, DAV and P S Senior.

Other schools like Vidya mandir, chettinad, etc are places where you sent the rich kids to get spoilt. Look at the number of students who went to IIT from these 3 schools and then start ranking them into Tiers

to all who think that chettinad vidyashram is not a good school,
the school which lets its students go to iit is not good. if many go to iit it just means that the school does not encourage anything but engineering and iit! my daughter is studying in chettinad, ansd i can see its real results unliket the other schools which aim on non-stop-working-for -homework
if u dont believe me, check the news pprs and cv enters it atleast 1ce in a WEEK!!!!!

My 2 sons are studying in chettinad vidayashram which has shown all round performance. It has very good faculity ,infrastructure and great ambience needed for a good top school. The students are also well behaved unlike the spoiled brats of so called famous PSBB which is more like a community school. Those who feel it has been awarded TIER 1 status wrongly then they should understand its meaning and eligiblity to get this TIER 1 status.
